Our farmers harvest only red ripe cherries to ensure the highest quality. These cherries are carefully dried, hulled, graded at our state-of-the-art factory, and then exported to various international markets.

Quality Management Systems
Quality is at the heart of CECOFA’s operations. We invest heavily in quality management, traceability, and sustainable farming practices. Our quality control laboratory and training programs in Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) ensure that our coffee meets the highest standards. We also have a coffee roaster to enhance the quality and trust in our coffee.
